what are your opinions on this?

I love fleshtoned fishnets, and it's much easier to wear this without looking trashy than black ones

I like them, they're a lot more subtle than other colours. You can get away with them as daywear...most colour fishnets have to be approached with caution in the daytime, unless you're the kind of person who stands on street corners.

Niiiiiceee

So the colored stockings are out?

I love them. I think they're quite dainty, and as neverland said very subtle. They don't seem anything but pretty to me, not vulgar at all. I've been looking for either a nude toned pair or a pale pink (I guess that is somewhat the same! haha) for a while now.. hopefully they will be easier to find now! Two thumbs up from me.

I love flesh-toned/pale pink fishnets, although I prefer a tighter weave than in the picture shown (I'm not sure how to phrase this). I find that they are quite warm and they are a great alternative to nude pantyhose which so many people dislike.

i like them a lot ...
have used them in shoots..but never worn them in real life...
though i see no reason not to...
they are quite pretty and sexy in a subtle way...

thanks for the topic...:flower:
i think i am inspired to wear them this season...
especially to some holiday parties...

:p

it's definately the subtilty about them which make them so wearable

I would love to see more examples of these worn in different ways..I'm having trouble finding good pictures

though i cant see the picture above but yea, i like flesh tone netted stockings.
i brought i pair of skin tone ribbon pattern fishnet tights from givenchy at winners over the summer, loveee it.

Ive seen these for a while. They use them a lot in the bebe ads, and they always make the models legs look ashy. Those dont look as bad though.

I like them. I wear them to not feel too exposed when I wear short skirts, hehe.
I also use them under my dance costumes whenever I have a show.

Oops I just posted in another fishnets thread asking about nude ones... Anyone know what brands do a pale nude micronet in Australia? And to repeat my earier Q, what do you think about them on bigger legs?

I don't like them actually.
I just don't think they add anything to an outfit...

Try Ambra (available at Myer and probably David Jones) - I have flesh-coloured fishnets by this brand and they're quite comfortable. Leona Edmiston *might* make them as well? My legs are quite muscular but I think they look fine in flesh coloured fishies, actually I hadn't ever turned my mind to it, probably because I'd wear them regardless. :D

I love wearing flesh coloured fishnets with an all-black outfit. I prefer the smaller net/weave though.

Really, these aren't that bad. I'd still prefer some nice tights or stockings, but these fleshtone fishnets aren't that bad to me. They just seem barely there.

Levante also sells nice ones (tights as well as hold ups)

I like them, they prevent my heels from slipping of as well

How crazy, I recently posted on another thread about test-driving my new pair (Wolford large weave like in the photo). I didn't think many people paid attention to nude fishnets because colored tights definitely have center stage right now.

Anyway, I wore mine in the daytime and they were a hit! They are definitely subtle which is also why I prefer them. They are a great alternative for office-bound professionals who can't get away with loud stockings but still want something fun.

I also have a pair of smaller weave ones; they look and feel like regular stockings unless you look really close. Those are great, too.

crazy! didnt think id like them, but they're not bad at all. a lot more subtle and risque than wearing darker colored fishnets. i think i might even consider purchasing a pair.
though, in a way, it would like i had scale like skin. hahah. but i wouldn't mind looking like a mermaid...
