I love Emilie Simon, Keren Ann, Coralie Clément, Mylène Farmer, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Olivia Ruiz & many many others.

My favorite is Camille.

She released three studio albums (and one live). The last one is in English.
Her music cannot really be categorized, she mixes several genres esp. on her last album.
It's not for everyone but I think she's awesome.
Her last album is so great and her concerts are wonderful.

mullet i got a bit sidetracked before but am just listening to julie now!. i'm only about 30 seconds into something a bit vague but i love the atmosphere already..really cool. do you have a favourite?. do you know if any of her music was in her film, 2 days in paris? god how i loved that movie. she is so talented....
