does anyone have any tips on saving your skin from being ravaged by travel?
if i am flying a few times a month my skin looks like hell....i drink water , moisturize etc..but still dull after.

anyone have any advice?

facials! before and after!

dont wear much makeup while flying, moisturise good.

My husband and I travel quite a bit, mostly int'l flights. These long haul flights are the worst to my skin.

I find that my skin gets very very dry on these flights, even flaking.

Any time my skin starts to feel dry I spray on Vitamin C "Energizing face spritz" from The Body Shop. Smeels great and feels refreshing. My sis-in-law, who's a flight attendant gave it to me.

When I need a bit more moisture, I'll put on Clinique moisture surge...clear gel that goes on light and also refreshes.

Yeah keep drinking the water, don't wear much makeup and maybe washing your face between the flight before adding moisturizer will help.

On the long haul flights, I don't really care what i look like (makeup all smeared off-ha)...cause I can always freshen up and add make-up before arrival.

thanks! i was thinking of bringing a small evian spray as well.....this vitamin c spray you mention i will look into.... ive never tried moisture surge. maybe a gel would be better.instead of layering thick creams.

yeah i get the dry patched afterwards :(

Perhaps a good facial scrub a couple of times before your departure day will help too...I may start doing that.
Now if i could just find a product that would keep my hair from getting incredibly oily & flat on these flights! :)

I always bring the "guerlain kit for flight". Ask to the counter airport, and try it. Fab skin will you get.
