I think she is very classy. She is a lot like Charlotte Casiraghi, with the only difference (as style goes) being that Gaia is not nearly as beautiful, but that's a tall order, and therefore easy to forgive When I say she's a lot like Charlotte, I mean she has the same sort of pose, mannerisms and attitude. Very sweet, understated rich girl. I mean, there are different styles among the rich girls. Like, look at Eugenie Niarchos -- so flashy, showy. And then there is Charlotte, and Gaia. Totally understated, elegant, classy. Very different.

Her friend, Anna de Pahlen....? She must be from the family of the deposed Shah, yes?

Indeed, Lapo and John Elkann are Anna's half brothers. Their mom is Margherita Agnelli. After her divorce with Alain Elkann, she married Count Serge de Pahlen.
