Designed by Fumito Ganryu, a former pattern maker at fellow CDG label Junya Watanabe, this unisex line is known for its youthful street style. i had to look it up as i was not sure what this was...
i guess it passed me by because it's menswear and because they haven't shown in two years- since 2009- if i am correct...

you can see the junya in his past with the patchwork shirts...
which is a good thing in my opinion...
i guess that with tao's own collection gone, there is room again for this?
maybe that's why they are showing again finally?

i don't know, that's just a guess...

i find this interesting...
it's preppy meets activewear meets funky japanese asymmetrical silhouettes...
i'd say the shirts and jackets are where they will make the bulk of their sales...
and the rest is really fun and innovative...
silly without being stupid...

it seems they make showroom presentations for lookbooks of all their lines quite often(always?)... the tricot, homme and comme comme line. unfortunately not all visible for the public.
