Okay I feel good now. My body is almost at Neff's, I got the legs down now I just need to tone up a little on my chest, sculpt up a little on the lower abdominals & I'll be ready to sign that CK contract in no time!

Just kidding about the contract of course, but I'm deff going to taking his advice & using the chest rope exercise to firm up the pecs.
