I was surprised at that...especially when you compare it to the Empire movie where he's talking about playing monopoly with his kids...She doesn't sound like the most reliable person to believe! But who knows?

Best if we ignore that then- it does tend to change my view of him

Ok, these videos are shamefully cheesy but I just watched The Scarlet Letter again & Gary Oldman is so amazingly, wonderfully sexy in it. Does anyone else feel on the edge when they watch this film or is it just me??

Also, imo it's a terrible movie, I only watch it soley for his face

^my friends and i went to Chicago last year and one of my friends, who is obsessed with Batman and Christian Bale, made us go to this street where they had filmed the movie. They werent even filming at the time, but just seeing the street where they had filmed got her so excited

Jeez! They were filming at 225 W. Washington, my dad works just a few blocks away from there! I'm going to call him at yell at him for not mentioned that freaking Batman is filming right next door to him.

Chicago is such a low-key town when it comes to celebrities. No mention of Gary Oldman sightings or even Batman filming. If they do mention that stuff on the news they just glance over it. No real details. I just saw in the Angelina thread that she and Brad were chilling on the lakefront a couple of weeks ago and it's the first I heard of it. Not that I particularly care about seeing them, it's just that it's so easy for celebs to do their thing around here with no real bother. I would have liked to see Batman, though. I've loved that franchise since I was a little kid.
