I love these skirts
it almost looks like someone took a bag made a hole in it and let it stay up with a belt.. I so hope that this will become a big trend so I can buy loads of them ...I don't know if that's a good explanation but here are som pictures to explain (I know the second one isn't a skirt but it's closewoot:

I think it's cute, but I have a small waist wider hips...so this peplum style would definitely exaggerate that---not sure if it would be a good thing..lol

ditto, it's very hard to pull off and very body-specific. I have a couple that suit me alright, but I'm still not quite daring enough to wear them out even though I really love the look. I've not been feeling up to being that conspicuous lately.
