Well she was the first model on TeenVogue, so I think it's appropiate. I am pretty sure they could of voted for the likes of Adriana Lima and those other VS girls who are househould names.

i really want to see her modeling in full force again.
Ditto, though I expect for her it's a case of been there, done that. She seems a smart girl and I guess within modelling there's nothing left for her to achieve, whereas acting is a new and constantly challenging field to move into, one that will give her new projects all the time. I do miss her though.
totally agree with you there. Gemma's a smart girl. She know's modelling doesn't last. I think she could be an awesome actress. It's her first original passion. I can feel an Australian Film Institute Best Supporting Actress nomination coming on in 2008 for The Black Balloon....
and sorry to sound cynical, but dating Heath Ledger could be the best career move for her.

HEATH Ledger usually gets his way with women but there was one Australian model who didn't fall for his charms.
The Casanova, who recently split with Michelle Williams, has apparently been stalking Perth girl Gemma Ward, showing up to the same bars and parties, a source told the NY Post.
"He's following Gemma around everywhere," a Page Six spy said. "He somehow finds out where she is going to be and then miraculously shows up to the parties or bars where she is." But Ward, said our source, "is definitely not interested."
Just last week Ledger was getting nostalgic and was spotted chatting to his ex-girlfriend, Hollywood actress Heather Graham.
"He ignored everyone except Heather and then told her, 'We should hang out sometime.' She agreed, they exchanged numbers, but then he just bolted," the source said.
