she looks beautiful, for sure, but i'd say any chances of a genuine high-fashion comeback are slim-to-none at this point. but i can only assume that this is how she wants her life to be and that she's genuinely happier and more content outside the madness of the fashion industry.

I completely agree.
I was pretty shocked when she switched to IMG in Australia. She had remained on the Vivien's website for YEARS which seemed odd since some media loved to psychoanalyse her behaviour where every action was a further rejection of the industry. Each move was some Freudian move. Riiiight.

I doubt she wants a comeback myself, though she could have easily just taken herself off the books. Rather than signing up with IMG in Australia and creating even more speculation.

She has the potential to make a comeback, though I really don't think her heart is in it enough to put the effort in. Unless for some reason she runs out of money, I doubt Gemma will go back into modelling mode.

That's exactly what I thought to but then why did she stay on the Vivien's website and then sign with IMG?
If she wanted to quit she could have and had her image drop from their board but she didn't.

I find her conduct strange sometimes. She ignores media but then does an interview about Heath (her personal life) to Sunday magazine and does interviews for her tiny role in Pirates which any other actress would not have been interviewed about and then recently in Bazaar about some other role I've forgotten. She could have easily rejected that interview about Pirates but didn't.
If she wants to be an actress media is part of the job. She can't have it both ways. What actress doesn't say they hate the media and do it for the craft?
