why not include gemma?I think appearing on less shows doest necessarily mean gemma s' no long 1 of the top 10 models.

this is spring 2005's model picks. 2006 hasn't been posted yet.
but Gemma hasn't been there for a while, but back in the fall 2004 season she was on there, and i think for a while before that.

Even the most casual observer of the collections could tell you that no major show was complete without sultry Daria Werbowy, otherworldly Gemma Ward, leggy Hana Soukupova, and chiseled Natasha Poly. But a flock of fresh faces was also in evidence, from wide-eyed types like Heather Marks, Jessica Stam, and Kim Noorda to the angular, hollow-cheeked likes of Marina Perez and Cameron Russell.

mmm that was about the Autumn/Winter I think, because that quote would have been put in the mag 2 months in advanced which happens with the mags... you can check it out for yourself if you want though.. i think it was freja or one of the other newer girls

This is related to something posted a while back on this board (Post #4997), but I just realized something. This sign she made referring to Joe's and referring to herself as "Angelika":



...she did the same one from last year (??) at a different show:

^ I'm pretty sure the last one's from last season's alessandro Dell'acqua And we've kinda established that Angelic/ka is her nickname in the kwik-e-mart, maybe because she sort of resembles angelica from the rugrats

^ I don't mean to go against you, but to me it just looks like some big inside joke, not something founded in reality... after all she spells her "name" and that of the "mart" differently in each sign; if that was her true name as someone wondered before, it would have one spelling, and it seems unlikely that she would misspell her own name. and if the mart was a place she visits or something, it too would have one name. the signs were probably meant to be understood by her good friends, not us.

oh and also, I think she looks about as much like Angelica as I do, and I'm brunette with an oval face and dark eyes. besides calling her Angelica is actually kind of an insult, Angelica was a brat!
