I'm feeling pretty weary after watching that video. So this guy is the newer, whiter, and mopier Ben Harper? Sheesh, I really think that I felt brain cells dying along with those 4 irretrievable minutes of my life.

If they are going to shell out the bucks for one of the highest paid models of the day, at least they could have given her something better to do than sway a bit and lipsync a few lines wearing too much gloss.

I guess I don't have to admit my contempt for most mainstream music.

actually I think there is a really interesting moment near the end of the video where gemma is rubbing her eye and she looks quite childish and young and then in the next shot she is trying a bit too hard (i think) to be sexy and it sort of shows the juxtaposition between childhood and being a 'lover' so to speak

not to mention that you can't even clearly see her for most of it, when they show her it has dark lighting over for her face or is half-faded out.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to offend anyone. I don't like her in Carolina. The last picture, she does looks aliened but in a good way. She is one of those models that really depends on the picture.

LOL - I wasn't really being serious!

I was just joking around. Sometimes people don't like the "alien" faces, and as a sort of joke, I was just joking and saying "hmm...would I not be liked either as I have a similar facial structure?"

I take no real offense at all! after all, I just called myself an "alien"...haha. I can't really be taking myself seriously if I call myself an "alien"...

that's what 7 hours in an airport does to you...
