How is exactly is Gemma going to be doing Paris fashion week if it starts on Sunday and filming on "The Black Baloon" has just started....

according to the New South Wales Film and Television office the dates for filming are

BLACK BALLOON

START SHOOT: 12/01/07
WRAP: 23/02/07

unless the filming is delayed.. she should have just enough time to jet over to Paris and hit the catwalks

I think it's very smart of her to be doing this work in Japan. it actually reminds me less of what a high fashion model would do, but of what an actress would do. a lot of american actors go to Japan for product endorsements and ads because it earns them money but keeps them from being overexposed in America. this is a good way for Gemma to keep herself "in tune" and modelling.

Plus I bet they just LOVE her there. She could easily explode in Japan, she has that look the japanese public just love, very fair and "kawaii". Plastering her face all over a bus is probably just the first step.
