Yes, it is a magazine, 234 pages! It is a VOGUE special issue on Beauty, "Belleza" in spanish. VOGUE BELLEZA #23 Got this info from the seller on ebay Seems to be a legitimate seller and from what I can work out Spanish Vogue does do a seperate mag Vogue Belleza (beauty)

Found this on ebay saying it was the November Cover of Spanish Vogue Bellaza not sure what that is hoping someone could tell me
