I agree. Gemma doesn't have the same appeal as other models. She's more 'cute' then sexy, or beautiful. She would look a little strange walking for VS or doing a campaign along those lines. She doesn't doesn't have a look that would appeal to everyone, or atleast most people. She's unique and pretty, but not gorgeous.
 
Personally, I don't think Gemma has mass appeal outside of the fashion world. Gisele's face doesn't really have the mass appeal but her body does, which Gemma also doesn't have (but she could develop it?).

Additionally, Gisele has great personality and drive. In interviews, she is always having a blast, laughing, etc. She does what it takes to get noticed - going to parties/award shows, making appearances in movies/tv, dating someone famous, appearing on talk shows. Gemma, on the other hand, doesn't seem as if she wants all that and she just seems a little shy/boring backstage, although she is very cute.
 
I mean ANYONE who doubts Gemma is the leading Queen of Fashion right now is foolish. Look at how many shows the woman does. NO OTHER model does as much or is in that much acclaim.

OMG@ Gemma at Chanel. She looks like a Goddess, perfection.

I really dont see the appeal in any other models, if they are NOT Gemma. I really dont.
