I really doubt that she's in any way involved in that movie!! I think its a rumour.... because it just doesnt sound like a role made for Gemma... I mean honestly people?? Even if this rumour is true... the plans probably wont fall through... the casting directors will find another actress who actually could play a hostile "masked" stranger!!
Im always hearing stories about actors "getting" roles...and in truth they were only being considered... it was never official...

According to Imdb.com this movie in being produced for real but they have only listed Liv Tyler in the cast... which means this film as barely started production... they are always big changes during pre-production!!!

I trust the Hollywood Reporter as a reliable news source IMDB mostly contains user-contributed information, and they do a lot of checking before confirmations are put on the site, so that's probably why there's a delay
