i'm a bit worried she's being overexposed. she's EVERYWHERE and her face is changing quickly..straying away from the childish look that is her trademark. in my personal opinion, i think it might be better to make fewer appearances and the world will adjust slowly to her "new" look. then fall in love with her all over again because when you limit what you see, the viewer wants more and is more grateful and excited every time they get another tid-bit.

Good point....One of my favorite models, Lonneke Engle took a very long
hiatus....she's back, and looks more beautiful then ever!

my beloved Aussie fellows...Gemma will be on 60 minutes at 7:30, Channel 9... just saw the preview on TV. i can't wait..... guess you all already knew about this. i missed the interview with Gemma on 60 minutes 2 years ago. I will not miss this one!!!!

so it's definitely on? i'm not sitting another hour just to find that Gemma's not on. stupid channel 9 .

I noticed that alot of people have been saying that Gemma is losing her appeal, and that she is not looking as good as season's past, but I really don't see that. The one show that I didn't really think she looked her best in this season was Carolina Hererra, but I think that it was just a hair/make-up/lighting sort of thing....everywhere else, she has looked fantastic

Well I have to agree with the 'lots of people'. She definitely lost her freshness and that purity in her face. She's no angel anymore... it happened so quickly!
Hope she doesn't go further on that path, there are already too many common blue eyed blondes around... if that's all that is left in her, she will no longer be interesting...
I can't help but compare her to someone like Natalia Vodianova; (they have often be compared) She is older than Gemma but, although she sometimes looks tired, she never lost her freshness and grace.
Sorry to be so direct but Gemma looks bored, boring and dull this season.
That's my opinion...
A pity altogether... probably could'nt cope with fame.

I can't wait to see what the designers in Paris and Milan do with her look this season. They are always so creative.

As far as her look being "not fresh" I guess that is what people think after two years in the industry. The fashion industry is a revolving door for models. People are always looking for the new face, but I think her classic doll features will last and as the years go on she will become more of an editorial and advertizing model. That is the cycle in the fashion world, plus the runway and fashion show schedule seems grulling. No wonder the majority seem to be teenagers. They are the only ones who have the energy
