I think you shouldn't get your hopes up too much - I seriously doubt Gemme will have "a leading role". There is no new information in that Modelinia.com-post, they are basing their assumption on the IMDB.com cast list where she's listed fifth from the top. But that's not a reliable indication for the importance of her role.

Sara Ziff's documentary is called Picture Me, there are small glimpses and clips where you see Gemma, but she doesn't talk in the film.

Modelinia just posted an article saying she has a LEADING role in pirates!!!
She is playing Tamara, QUEEN of the mermaids who helps jack sparrow with searching for sumthing.

Hopefuly this means substantial screen time with lots and lots of lines!!!!

Gemma is playing Queen of the mermaids. That is exciting!

I was thinking maybe we'd only see her swimming by or perching on a rock. I thought maybe she wouldn't even speak in the movie.

I am glad to know that her role is bigger than I thought and I hope she has more than a minute of screen time.

Pirates of the Caribbean Teaser Trailer with TRON: Legacy

Producer Jerry Bruckheimer confirmed today that the teaser trailer for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides is scheduled to hit theaters with TRON: Legacy on December 17. With both films being released in 3D and IMAX 3D, we assume the teaser will be shown in the format for those specific theaters and in 2D in conventional theaters.

As with most movie trailers these days, we expect that the "On Stranger Tides" teaser will be available online earlier that week and may debut on various TV entertainment programs as well.
