I disagree. She's certainly gotten a little bigger, but it's not like she's really even big now. Looks like a big B or a small C instead of a small B. She claims to have gained some weight "for her health". She has recently appeared without her top in a Brasilian HBO series and all the parts looked genuine to me.
Either way, I think she looks fabulous.

Here are 10 images from Gianne's "ensaio" that appeared at the Brazilian website for 'The Girl'. Gianne was the very first 'Terra Girl'. And in my opinion, the best. That was way back in March 2000. After 5 years in the business, the veteran model Gianne had finally turned 18. All pictures by Klaus Mittledorf.
Other notable Brazilian models who have appeared in The Girl are Marcelle Bittar, Patricia Barros (hot sister of Ana Beatriz Barros), Erica Redling and Juliana Martins. Bittar is a very successful runway model whos credits include Victoria's Secret, but Martins has appeared as model in the "coveted" Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
Strangely, Gianne has yet to be discovered by either of these American "standards of success".
