I just LOVED her in He's Just Not That Into You! She was definitely the best thing about that movie. I bet she's going to break out as a huge star pretty soon. I think I like her better with long hair, but she is still pretty no matter what. She certainly has come a while from her "Win a date with tad hamilton" days, that's for sure.
