Frankly, I think you shouldn't waste your time.
Not so long ago I posted photo comparisons that clearly showed the surgery and that didn't change anything.
At this point nobody is going to change his/her mind so it's better to give up the surgery debate altogether.

One thing everybody agree with is that Gisele is a fabulous model. You can't buy charisma or presence, and that's what makes her great.

besides, chances are a model has changed her natural self somehow, and I don't see what's so different about changing your natural breast size with implants or nose with rhinoplasty with plastic surgery than changing your natural teeth arrangement with braces or hair color with dyes or bleaches...
