Yeah...Even though I didn't necessarily the editorial, it's because she made herself look cheap. However, I'd admit that she did make the clothes look better than they should be.

I don't know, it depends how old she was when it was taken (her nose has thinned a bit as she's gotten older) and also she's looking straight into the camera (not tilting her head or looking at an angle) so the perception is different. She may have had a subtle nose job, or it could have changed over time. I do think the boobs are fake though.

People's noses generally don't thin as they get older. And if you put the picture of her in the flowered shirt next to the new cover of W - both are her looking straight into the camera - it's quite obvious.
