Omg is Leo getting fat?

No he had to build some muscle for his new movie (he's playing a cop) you can see it's muscle if you look at his arms. The guy in the bathing suit behind Gisele in some of the pics isn't Leo.

He doesn't look fat to me...
I was reading a magizine where they showed those pics of Leo and Gisele on the beach with the dougs and the caption said that when Gisele threw the bal for the dog to fetch, she accidently threw it through a window of Leo's house breaking the glass. I saw her throwing out the 1st pitch at a red sox game and judging from the way she throws I can believe it She should stick to modelling and not look for a baseball career IMO
What new VS bra will she be promoting on the Tonight Show? Do they have a new one out?
