She didn’t walk for any samba school, but she easily became the center of all the attention at Marquês de Sapucaí, just by watching the presentation. More beautiful and nice than ever, the star from south Brazil arrived at Caras 15 years cabin wearing white trousers, t-shirt and flats, with her sisters Graziela (32), Patrícia (28), her twin sister, Gabriela (27) and Rafaela (21), with their respective boyfriends, Rafael Torres, Rodrigo Pereira, Daniel Paludo and Rafael Scaranto; and with some friends like the TV producer Jody Joynes (34), the model Alice Kuburu, the photographer Nino Muñoz (35) and the administrator Daniel Lyons (27).
All travelled from United States especially for knowing the Brazilian party. “At the nicest events, I like to be next to people I love. My sisters love Carnival, just like me. But they enjoy much more than I do. All my sisters are here today, except Raquel, the oldest one, because she has a little daughter, Eduarda”, she says, at Pantene Beauty Atelier, where she was received by Tarek Farahat (45) and Juliana Azevedo Schahin (33), president and Marketing director of P&G in Brazil, respectively. “I still remember of all of us with Hawaiian costumes to enjoy carnival with our neighbors in the south”, she remembers, with joy. Another absence was her boyfriend, the football player Tom Brady (28).
The athlete continues with his recovering of his knee injury, suffered last year. “He wanted to come very very much, but he has to worry about being good again to play. Next year, he surely will come. Our friends are here, they’ve already called him and told him how Carnival in Rio is wonderful”, she comments.
Placed in front of the stage, Gisele enjoyed the shows with her troupe. With a camera on her wrist, she stood up on a pouf and photographed everything enthusiastically. When she saw Susana Vieira (66) in Grande Rio presentation, she photographed the actress. The presence of the model at the border of the stage drove the schools’ staff crazy, that send her kisses, sang and danced to her. Even famous people like Betty Lago (53) and Marina Mantega (28) waved their hands. “I think it’s beautiful this union among people in this period. It’s people from slums with the rich guy, everyone fighting for an ideal. I’m very happy for being here. I like to see happiness on people’s faces. It’s something that contaminates everybody”, she says, for the third time in the merriment.
Even though she confessed she doesn’t know how to sambar, Gisele showed rhythm and risked some steps, always along with her sisters. “The women from Rio de Janeiro has “samba” in their feet. When I went to Mangueira yard, they put me next to passistas. I looked like a foreigner. Then I noticed I’m a complete failure at samba”, she exaggerates, while she hydrated herself with coconut-water.
After the party, Gisele, who was with a sore throat, left the family and friends at Sapucaí and went away before the spectacle had ended. “I wanted to stay very much, but I’m used to sleep at 11 pm and my flight tomorrow is very early”, she explains, who only lost the smile when she had to say goodbye to her sisters. “This part is very hard to me. We’re very close and I miss them”, she affirms, wiping off her tears, in a mixture of happiness of the amazing night and the sadness of having to say goodbye.

It’s Tom Brady yesterday heading to a meeting along with new wife Gisele Bundchen but as usual they made sure photographers did not catch them together, nor were they wearing their rings. This detail has been noted and studied all morning. Not really sure why this is such a matter of interest.

Here’s the thing about the ring…

My rings I wear all the time. Never take them off, not at the gym, not at the pool, not to play golf, not when I sleep…never.

But my rings aren’t like a billion dollars. Nor are they the size of a suitcase. My rings are cute but little. They don’t get in the way. Of anything.

Their rings however (and many of yours from what I’ve seen!) are ridiculously impractical, no offense. SO beautiful, of course, but not exactly all seasonal, right? Which means not wearing it every day shouldn’t bring about so much drama?

RingWatch and BumpWatch – highly inaccurate.

Anyway, can we go back to talking about Tom in a suit? It’s a perfect fit. And he cut his hair. Don’t like it when he cuts his hair. He looks better with it grown out a little at the nape of the neck. Also, he tends to cut it at the worst times.

Someone needs to give this man a lesson in feng shui and luck maintenance. For the sake of New England Patriots fans. Maybe even his marriage.

PS. She has the best nose. It’s so strong and straight.

Her boddy is to die for, I love how naturally chick she looks. She really loves that bag, does anyone know who its by.
 
it all looks quite tacky, John is beautiful though. I think maybe they might have a bigger do in Brazil but as long as they are happy that's all that matters
