I think she looks beautiful and very natural in those pics at the beginning of her career too.
The potential was there big time, someone saw it then, so clearly it was there.

oh the gisele haters, when will they go away and leave her alone if they hate her so much 
who cares you don't like her. I sure don't Obviously I,the majority of the world, and fashion industry does, so that's all that matters to me
P.s.- if you knew anything about the Bundchen girls as I do (she has 5 sisters) they are all well endowed it runs in the family 
The only big change I see is a tan,blonder hair,and a more mature aka streamlined NOSE and face. (that's what faces do with maturity, duh)
and about her hubby, umm he and his ex had been broken up for months, when she finally announced that she was preggers. By then he was already with Gisele. Obviously it wasn't working out before or they wouldn't have broken up in the first place, lol (happens ALL the time to "normal" couples) who are we to really know or judge in the first place???

Those pictures are from Spring/Summer 1998 Paris Backstage, they're on the filenames.
She obviously changed, but Gisele wasn't awful at the beginning of her career at all! In fact, I like her much more when she was younger.
Not sure about the plastic surgeries, sometimes I think it's true, sometimes I think it's not..People without rules and values??

The nose job I not not remotely believe. There is no evidence imo. People always trash her for her 'hawk nose, so you would believe if she had it modified it would not look so big and imposing (imo it makes much of her appeal). In the older pictures her face actually looks softer.

The implants I believe. She had small ones and had them taken off at least 3 years ago.

I agree with Harumi in reference to the surgeries, although I have a friend who has very slim hips (she is also short) but she has a natural C cup breast (I have known her all my life so I know that she did not have a beast augmentation) so it is posible for a slim girl to have large breasts.

people can hate on Gisele all they want -- but the facts speak for themselves. and the FACT is that she's the most successful supermodel in the history of the profession.
i remember in about 1990, Whitney Houston was catching a lot of negative press for being "too white" or "too manufactured" or whatever. and in true DIVA form, when asked by a reporter how she responded to the criticisms, she replied, "For every 1 person who loves you, there will be 2 that don't. I pay it no mind, because I know, as much as they try, they can't argue with greatness."
