^ agree! There's no model who is great as Gisele was for VS. Tyra, Heidi, Gisele are THE models for VS. They are great Models and great spokeswomen. The Angels these days aren't like that.. Adriana is great model, not a great spokeswoman, just like Alessandra and Doutzen. Gisele was just awesome.. and you see that every year at the VSFS thread.. Gisele is missing!

Get this I read In the Ny Post's Page Six that, the guy who directed those awful Transformer movies with Megan Fox, Michael Bay, actually shoots the commercials for VS.
The guy is such a misogynistic pig, you know what M. Fox's audition for Transformer's was - to wash his Ferrari, this has been confirmed by Fox herself.
Keep it classy VS!!!

But back to VS, Micheal Bay is a great director! His movies, the effects in the movies are awesome.. so I think it's different with VS. He's not the casting director or has anything to say who should be in the commercial or not..

Its a shame she doesnt do VS anymore, she really was there best model ever, those pics at the top of the pg are so gorgeous esp the b&w ones, they look like an editorial rathar than catalog.

There are a lot of photographers and directors like that. Many of them very prominent in the fashion and entertainment business.

Can you imagine working for Terry "Its not who you know its who you blow" Richardson?

Keep in mind he's directed for them before on several occasions he directed the 2001-2003 christmas/what is sexy commercials, Gisele's rooftop commercial, and the 2004 and 2005 christmas commercial and now back to the 2009 one...so he's been around for a while with them.

They don't usually mention photographers, no. The main VS photographer is Russell James, I think. But Ben Watts and Alexei Lubomirski have done shot some stuff as well. They are the only ones I can think of.

I love Gisele for VS. Since she and Tyra left.. a whole new VS-era started and I'm not sure if that's positive..Gisele is really missed! Does anyone know, why they didn't show her belly on that magazine.. can't think of the name right now..
