Looking at the collection now, it seems very military inspired - the jackets, the pants, the gold buttons.

It's like a hybrid of Balenciaga S/S 05 (the military collection) and Lanvin (the white bow tie things) - but done in a much more Ricardo way.

I really love it all except for the floor length skirts.

the silhoette reminds me of Marc Jacobs this season, and I love the military/ nautical references, which remind me of balgenciaga a few seasosn back

I've never been a big fan of Givenchy (thank Julien macdonald for that) so I'm kinda late for hopping on the Riccardo lovetrain but I'm on board now!
