Goals for 2007

lose 7-10 kgs
work out regularly
tighten up abs and thighs by january 18th(when i'll be doing a play where I have to dance around for 10 minutes in my underwear...oh the horror)
Slip into my old skinny jeans
get more sleep everynight
drink 2 liters of water everyday
 
Beauty-getting clear skin and keeping it that way. I hate having to wear so much coverup when I put on my makeup in the morning.

Health-try to consume waaaay less caffeine and try to stick to vegetarianism no matter what. Also, drink more water and less diet soda.
 
- grow hair to at least under where my boobs are
- get even more clear skin
- have a healthy glow
- drink more water
- lose about 10kg
 
1. Actuly drinking the same amount of water during the weekends as I do during the week
2. Go to the gym once at least. I will not set a highere goal or als I will be too disiponted in myself
3. No candy or too sugary food Monday to friday
4.Get clear skin and do facials once a week
5. Do this 10 min pilates and 5 min yoga rutine at least 3 times a week
6. Stress some less and study a bit more for testes
 
Brush my teeth for at least 4 minutes, floss throughly
Buy more makeup
Put on suncreen and moisterizer (Night-Day)
Get a facial
Workout 4 times a week at least
Eat healthy, cook at home more
 
Health
  1. Lose weight - first goal is to get to 9st, then to 8st 7lbs and see how happy I am there
  2. Take ashtanga yoga up again
  3. Run a 5k on March 17th, and then take part in the Dublin women's mini-marathon (10k) in June for charity :muscles:
  4. Do more crosswords/sudoku's, and read more books (mental health)
Beauty
  1. Get my hair trimmed every two months. That way when it gets long it will be in good condition and I won't end up getting all the damaged ends cut off, leaving me back at square one with ugly hair :cry:
 
Beauty:

*Take care of my skin more. I wash it once every day, but I always touch my face, thus giving me more acne.
*Maintain my eyebrows instead of putting them off till I look like George of the Jungle.
*Get my braces off!!

Health:

*Eat healthier. Last year was one big mess of counting every last calorie, usually always under 1000. This year I want to get to 1400-1500, but still allow myself two days a month to eat whatever I want.
*Exercise regularly. Do yoga.

get clearer skin..and dye my hair dark brown again.. and grow the front part of my hair so that my hair's all the same length..
 
Health

Regain balance in my workout regimen
- yoga at least once a week
-weight training 3 x a week
-cardio NO MORE than 4 45 min sessions a week

Fine tune my diet
- fish at least twice a week
- at least 9 servings of fruit and veg a day
- at least 5 servings of soy a week
- red meat once a week

Beauty

- get into a solid cleansing regimen (I'm sporadic at best...:-( not good I know)
-facemask once a week
-keep hair in good condition (treatment once every two weeks, trim every 3 months (I'm growing it, I was told I could leave that long between trims)

Other
- keep a work/life/uni/fitness balance
-get at least a B- Average this semester
 
-Cellulite- Avoid it, body brush more! Put lotion on every morning and night.
EXCERSISE- go to all sports clubs! yoga!!!
Grow tall :angry:
Do nto eat spicy food!!!!
Make more friends!
 
Drink more water
Exfoliate and moisturise my face and body more
Take time out when I need it, do yoga, go for an indian head massage
Walk on the beach every Sunday morning with my boyfriend (mental health!)
Take supplements
Try cut out more red meat .... which is so hard my bf and I love steak
 
Well. I think I need to clean out my closet and spend the same amount of money on less clothes than I do now (damn you H&M!). And I think it's for the best if I wear sunscreen this summer, I have never done that before.

Oh, and I'm really trying to eat meat.
 
-Getting more active (dancing and swimming!)
-Eating healthier and drink lots of water every day. (Cutting off on coffee, alcohol, cigarette, sugar, food high in cholesterol and fat)
-Take care of skin
-Redo wardrobe according to budget
-Get more involved in local groups
-Get more sleep
-Find more time to spend with boyfriend
-Read more
-Be nicer :innocent:and try to keep a good mood :p
 
1. Lose 5-10 pounds
2. To stop eating junk so late (no more cheesecake :cry: )
3. To exercise more, not just for the purpose of losing weight
4. Save more money, shop less (Which may become very difficult as I am going to be getting my first credit card soon :doh: )
5. Stress less about the tiny stuff
6. Do better in school
7. Make friends
8. Spend less time on the computer

I think I said less caffeine. Well, I have broken that already. Been consuming an excess of 700 milligrams a day.

Hell no! I am not an addict!
