I was in Monaco when they had this exhibition and I missed it I was so mad, but then it came to Sotheby's here so I took my grandma. It was amazing all the clothes they had and her engagement ring and tiara and everything but it was really sad at the same time I thought. The people who were there were all pretty silent it reminded me of a funeral as if everyone who didn't go to her real one went to the exhibit to mourn her

Her engagement ring was there? The big emerald cut one? I thought that would be with Albert or Caroline or locked away in the palace vault somewhere. That is very valuable now. I would never have my mother's engagement ring on display.

I have something on my mind that's been bothering me....Maybe one of you has the answer? I always wondered by Grace had almost a thick British accent when she was born in Philadelphia. Her sister's don't have the same accent as her, did she pick it up in acting school? Was she trying to be more refined? Did she learn it in Hollywood? I find it kind of strange. Hope someone can help.:(

^Yep they had her engagement ring, it was gorgeous. And her tiaras too, but I think they probably do belong to the family, I think a lot of the pieces did and most likely went back to them when it was finished. They auctioned off a few things though

I don't remember exactly what but I think there were a few pieces of furniture like nightstands and little boxes that you keep things in, a jewelry box, some jewelry and I think there was a hairpin that she owned. The stuff on auction was separate from what was displayed I think so I never saw it that's just what I saw on some online article. I think some dresses were auctioned as well, but very few. I wouldn't want to do that with my mother's stuff either though that would be really hard, especially since some of it was so iconic :(
