Can't believe no one posted this yet.

I'd never heard of this magazine before, until I stopped by this striking cover today IRL. It's the second issue and it's a hard cover 'book' publication ala Self Service :flower:.

Some more from Constance's ed -

wow they made her look really ugly in those pics= (

There are a lot of beautiful editorials with Georgina Stojiljković, Meghan Collison, Valerija Kelava, Alice Gibb, Katlin Aas, etc inside.

But the magazine costs too much... 25-27 euros (because of its hardcover I guess).

such a gorgeous magazine, I flipped through this twice at a store over the last few days but I couldn't make my mind up on the price (40 dlls), finally I decided that I should get this.. it's kind of like a book investment, definitely worth it.. there's zero advertisement, the quality is incredible.. totally book-like, starting by the encyclopedia-thickness of the cover and the amount of pages, and most importantly, it's filled with time-conjuring imagery.. all pretty. Whenever I get this I'll try to take some snaps.
Great cover too by the way, it looks much better on real life as the material of the cover adds more drama to it.

thanks for starting this, Fiercification.

I end up staring at that cover every time I go to WHSmith, but the price is definitely too much... Kinda like Slurp... I know I'll indulge one day, but not now  Thanks for the pics!

Yeah it's 24 Euro here :ninja:, however the cover is so compelling. Next time I go to the local book store I'll have a more in depth look through, although I'm not sure I can bring myself to spending that much money for this :ninja:.

mannn i love this cover/use of the dress/editorial...can't wait to see what else is inside..maybe i'll save up...

It really is a beautiful cover and concept.

I'm so upset that Grey was sold out at the store here. The only other place I could think of was ordering it off Colette but the shipping costs 5 times more.

After much deliberating, I finally caved and ordered this a few days ago. It's pricey, yes, but the cover is just so captivating. I know I would have regretted passing it up.

aside the terrible cover(she looks sick!) the the rest of the pictures looks lovely.

Where did you order it, if you don't mind me asking?

personally i wouldn't call it ugly. just a matter of highlighting the other aspect of ms Jablonski's beauty that may be different and less conventional (therefore harder for someone to accept) way of depicting her flaw. but to me there's a mystery there, something of decay and degraded beauty that makes these particular images stand out among her recent works. it's challenging, yes, but isn't it the aim?

I got mine from aroundtheworldnyc.com. You should look into ordering a copy from magnation.com. They are based in Australia, so shipping would be much more reasonable. :flower:

I don't know how can somebody call these photos ugly.
They are everything but ugly -- it's just Chadwick's style really and I absolutely adore them (and this magazine itself). I love how emotional it all seem, it's amazing.
