I feel like I'd enjoy Rose's character if she were given more personality. But in due time, I guess!

Lexie's character is growing on me, but I just dont like Rose. Probably because she is so different compared to the other characters on the show

lexie is like a hyper version of meredith to me.

I bet they're trying to make her seem bland so we get curious about her. But it's sometimes frustrating! I think if Derek is actually going to be serious with her, we'll obviously see some more personality. Hopefully she's not another Mer.

And I agree about Lexie! She's so funny and cute. I like her.

rose seems like more of an izzie to me. or like she will be more like izzie in comparison to anyone else. just the way that she blurted out, "i love him!" that made me think of something izzie would blurt out about someone like denny when he was around.

Rose seems to be the most grounded of any of the women on the show currently, except perhaps Erica excuse me, um... Dr. Hahn. I don't necessarily look at her poorly for feeling strongly about Derek, after all, again she and Dr. Hahn haven't hooked up with any random guy characters that we're aware of. I think the determination as to whether or not we see more of Rose's personality will be Shonda's call - if there's enough fan support she'll have a bigger role - like Addison (can't wait to see her return next week!!!)

Lexie is adorable. I'm really happy that she and George are getting to be good friends. Being the outsider looking in is what I find appealing about her character.

^ i agree. and she also has a very alpha-female personality. i don't know. even the way she smirks at people/things is very alpha in my opinion. and it's not to say that alpha automatically means that she isn't interested in men, but her persona on the show very much reminds me of bette porter.

I remember Dr. Hahn telling Christina that she wasn't a lesbian (but who knows she could be denying it), it had something to do with Christina always sleeping with her mentors or something like that.
