Woah the new shots are breathtaking! I love the architectural buildings, the colors and just everything about this campaign. Beautiful.

I still like the campaign - as I stated in a previous post - but I still wish Hailey wasn't just roaming about in the background.

fashion is about the clothes, and not about the models. fashion as such would still exist without the models or different models. fashion wouldn't exist without the clothes. your point makes no sense, sorry to say.

^That might apply to you but as far as I know this forum is called The Fashion Spot and it has several forums and threads dedicated to models. Models are a big part of fashion to many of us.

You must be joking. The whole point of a campaign is to sell clothes, not models. A fashion campaign can exist regardless of the existence of models.
Who cares if Hailey's in the background? She's a nobody. It's not like they've put Gisele or Kate in the background.

Anyways, what I like here is the fact that these photographs showcase the clothes so well. I mean after looking at these what woman wouldn't want to wear those clothes? They look so luscious.

^^Ugh, languge barrier, I guess. Thought it was just Street_a_Licious disagreeing with me, but I can see now that the problem lies in the way I phrased my original post. I didn't mean campaigns were about the models, of course they're not! I just meant that it's bound to happen that people complain about a model being almost invisible in a campaign because many of us check out the campaigns because we love seeing our favotite models in them (Take the Chanel thread for example. More comments about people being sick of Freja than people talking about the clothes there). I just meant, models are a big part of fashion and fashion campaigns too and it's not only about the clothes. Sorry

This campaign doesn't sell you the clothes, this is the best colection of Frida for Gucci, but you can't get exited by the clothes, they didn't choose the best, don't know, and also, love Karmen and Joan but this is too big for those two, i'm a bit sick of the orgasmic face in every pic, Raquel could make better with those clothes.

And I don't like this campaign (as a clothes seller) because I feel like they made the clothes almost too shiny.. Like a weird material. It might just be me.. IDK.. Just my opinion..

But I am loving Karmen in this.. She did a LOT better than what I expected.. She looks truely beautiful.. A big woot from my part to Karmen in this..

Looking for Hailey in those shots is like looking at a Where's Waldo? poster. I would have loved to see much more of her.
I assume I'm being too optimistic when I still have hope that Hailey might have a solo shot in another pic?

After reading Hailey's twitter post I don't think she'll be in any solo shots

Gucci s/s11 campaign is out!! I was hired to be in the backround, and this has opened allot of doors for me with some special people. if my hand makes it in the campaign im happy!! the photos look amazing!!
