The girls who have gotten bigger after switching to Next are the ones Next poached just as they were starting to break out. Karlie is the perfect example She was just getting big and getting top bookings when Next poached her from Elite.
For such a young girl and one who's not been in the biz very long, Hailey sure is disloyal. From Ford to Marilyn and now Next. I don't think she was with Ford for even two years and not with Marilyn for even one year. We'll see how long she's with Next before she moves on to IMG or Women.

It's really not a question of the girl's loyalty... it looks to me like Hailey's switches are more about the politics of her mother agency than her own choices.
