Why dont you get the balenciaga? Or maybe you could have the Banana Republic clutch shipped to one of your freinds in CA and have them ship it to you?

Re. the Banana Republics, I guess I would only go to that much trouble of having a friend ship it from CA if I really loved it and for those bags, I'd have a hard time justifying the shipping cost!

I need some advice.....I'm looking for a handbag that can fit my laptop and looks cute. Preferably in leather, that leaves enough room for my ipod, sunglasses, wallet etc. It can be a little expensive, since i'll be using it a lot. Most of my clothes are very ladylike so a sporty bag wouldn't work. I would love to hear some ideas, Thanks you guys!

Designer Brown Leather Backpack

i want to use a tan/brown leather backpack for school (I saw a girl carrying one earlier, so I know there are big ones out there..i don't want a small one that can't hold anything)

BUT i don't want it to look crappy and unchic.

I am wondering if you know of any online sites that offer designer like bags like the fendi spy, but dont say fendi on the bag for good prices. I know sometimes forever 21 will have them but they have none right now. I need to buy like 10 for christmas gifts and obviously I cannot afford 10 fendi spy's, any help would be appreciated.

nordstrom's junior department has some in gold and black and brown for 30 each i think... i know they have it not sure about the price

thanks for the suggestions i actually don't mind that venetia, but the stitching from the fw quilted range gets me worried... and i always see those hit the sales bins, so perhaps if it goes on sale, i'll snatch it up.
in the meantime, i'm really wishing they'd made the kisslock vienna bag (first bag on the runway at FW 05 LV) in a non-croc and slightly smaller version... it's humongous, and i'm usually a big bag girl. i'm really loving kisslock closure right now... have you spotted any?

Yes, that LV bag is gorgeous. It is actually made in a smaller size. I will check in at LV on Monday afternoon and ask for you.

meowmix - I checked in at LV for you. The bags are made of Monogram Vienna leather, the smaller is actually a very nice size, but IMO larger suits the bag better. The hardware is quite antiqued gold and is very pretty. The quilting is very supple, and feels very nice. On your shoulder the bag tucks under your arm and makes you feel quite secure carrying it. The smaller is called the Klara, and with green quilting it is quite rare, not many boutiques have any left worldwide. I like the black better though. I hope you will love whichever you buy! The larger one is called the Mizi.

I have been looking for a red bag with long lasting potencial, any recommendations? do you think Epi Speedy 30 in red color is a good buy? btw, I like big bags.
