but im worried about its size.. 14" x 7" x 2".
im looking for bags with somewhat large capacity..
medium, at least.. i think 2" might be too thin.. no?

agree with prada's choices... bottega is always a great choice. i'm waiting on the plain brown woven one to come back.
also i dont know if you have celine's spring summerr lookbook but there is a verdine bag... it's a good size and the leather looks soo nice... i saw it in a very nice tan color in wwd accessories not too long ago.

There are lots of nice bags in black and brown but very few nice ones in tan.
I think if you want to go for tan then paddington is still the best option, a great colour for the summer

i like the BV, and some of the gucci bags look interesting. but all of them are nearly 2k...

i like both MJ bags, and they are cheaper... so thats a definite plus..
i was looking to spend around 700-1200usd.

i havent seen those MJ bags in stores yet.
gotta go... hit the stores..
i will see if anything "speaks" to me... ('buy me..' LOL)

i went shopping to see some bags yesterday..
none of the gucci bags "spoke" to me...
MJ bags were ok...
but i ended up buying a LV wallet.......
so it looks like im gonna have to wait a bit on buying a tan bag...
my moms gonna kill me if i buy both in the same month... haha

yea, I'm looking for a shoulder type purse. she likes gucci, dior, prada, fendi and some other brands that were hard to remember. I have no idea what I should buy.

so the dior hardcore bag is too youthful or dior in general ? her mom is 38 year old and she doesn't like plain handbags. I will search for chanel. thanks for the advice

I would go for Chanel as well..the 2.55, I think the Dior Hardcore may be a bit too young for her.
