Hey Shana,

What style of bag do you like? There are some really fantastic "Nannini" bags, which is an Italian fairly known brand. The quality is excellent, good leather.
I fell in love with my bag in an ad with Karolina Krause and imagine my surprise when i found it in "Rinascente" the big shopping center in Milan. It cost 150 euro which is about 300$, it's fairly big, black and i've had it for the past 3 years. They might have something in white for their spring collection you might like. But they only thing is that it's more classic lines.

Another one you can check out is Furla.

Or if you want a well known brand you should go for LV.
I found my LV bag (don't know the exact name of model ) which costs around 2000-3000$ in a second hand shop in mint condition for only 140 euro (and it's not a fake.)

I like spending in good quality accessories but luckily i know some places where i can find vintage pieces that are rare.

Handbag for my Mother (who is 50)

My mom has never splurged on herself before and one day she comes home after shopping with a friend and bought the LV monogram denim neo speedy. I think this bag is way to trendy for her and because she doesn't have endless funds to buy unlimited supplies of handbags, I thought it would be better if she bought one that suited her age and she could wear everyday. Any suggestions, she didn't want a classic monogram so there doesn't really seem like theres any other choices. Any recs, something in the 1500 range?

I am just in the process of making the school-work transition. I have been carrying my school books and other stuff for years now in a Langchamp nylon with leather handles tote, and before that a Herve Chapelier tote. The problem with these is that they feel very heavy with a laptop and books, etc. I would love to get a really nice leather (or perhaps another material) bag that is sophisticated looking, yet has a sort of strap that makes it easier to carry a lot of weight, perhaps a messanger bag strap. Any suggestions? Price isn't so much an object, because I want something that I'll have for years. Thanks.

Handbag Help!

So my sister has really been in desperate need of a new handbag, she owns right now a pink Dooney and Bourke Bucket IT bag, Shes not as wild as me so im not exactly sure what she would be looking at so i need your help.
-Shes turning 22, and shes not really plain, but she would rather stick to more neutral colors
-And we have mostlikely about a $250 Limit on a bag...
-It has to be bigger than the Bucket bag


Any Suggestions, im sure you guys have plenty of ideas...

did you want to get a brand new bag? or would you consider something used? im asking because for a little more $$ you could get a speedy 30 by louis vuitton on ebay from a mypoupette recommended seller. she is obviously okay with logos, if she has a dooney, and it's perfect because (if she's like me) it fits in perfectly with neutral and earthy tones. otherwise, michael kors has some nice bags....once again (ebay) has his astor bags for less than $200 and they are in brown shades and black. i would also check out cole haan bags and maybe coach too....they fit in your price point category and make nice gifts too! hope that helps and let us know what you end up picking out ( and the pics, michael kors astor and louis vuitton speedy 30, are from ebay)

If you know what to look for, ebay can be a great asset.
