Some great looks there, I hope more people wear them on the streets and make this trend more accessible. Hats are a bit intimidating!!

I would love to wear more hats, but I look like a fool in them..lol

I love those leather caps and headbands from Alexander Wang collection too! ;D

im a big time fan of hats ...can't wait to get something as ive seen below...NEW!!love it

I guess Carine Roitfeld has been pushing this one a bit. Last season shows she was everywhere wearing this big floppy hat. Interesting to see this trend emerge now.

this has certainly been a streetrend for a while, I guess she helped push it on the runway

thanks for posting that but google images is not a validate source, it's just a searchengine
you have to put the real source:flower:

YAY for hats I have so many hats and I never where them for fear of looking silly.

Please, bring on the hats!
Ladies be brave and don your toppers/

I love to see hats becoming a trend again outside of the vintage community. Hats are intimidating to wear, especially when so few wear them, but I really do find they look lovely on many people.
Most of these runway ones are a bit floppy for my taste, but those Temperley toppers are divinity. ^_^

I agree...love a good modern take on a hat.
The hats at Karen Walker are superb, very Holy Mountain meets Doir New Look

I just saw the movie The Changeling with Angelina Jolie and LOVED the hats she wore in it! I think they're called "cloche" hats. I'm totally into the style from the 20's now that I've seen her in that movie! I feel like I look silly or overdressed in hats, though :(

perhaps this could be a bit of a reaction to protecting one's skin and looking younger?

i think it's great that we've got more hat options out there..
the more hats are out there, the less silly or subversive people will feel about wearing them and we'll see more and more creativity and variation in terms of design...

maybe i'll pull out one or two of the hats that i've got in my closet...
will certainly be more fashionable than a baseball cap...

I could do with some more hats, but I'm at a loss as to what would look good on me, it would be quite a process.
