^ What and go through the agony of having to watch him snog that insipid Marissa/Mischa every week? I'll pass. :) (he's too pretty anyhow)

Hey everyone,
Thanks again for all the welcome! Yeah I can see my haydenitis definately flaring up if I stay here :-). And sorry if I ask questions about hayden that have already been posted. I'm trying to get through all the threads and I've only been a fan for like a month, lol..so please be patient w/me :-).

dlg

i think hayden' acting needs a little more expansion. hopefully the decameron: angels and virgins (they switched the title, a bad move me thinks), which is supposed to be a comedy/romance/drama will bring out his funny acting which i have yet to see.

it doesnt matter if that 'araba'-whom name means 'VEHICLE' in turkish!!!!-made our hayden happy for a few minutes!

exactly my sentiments  ...and she indeed was a vehicle of sorts...a vehicle for hayds to get some booty with!

DLG, i think that is all we shall hear on this- i mean, we know who she is and about her fam and that she was at the "Decameron" wrap party but Hayden is finished with the film so unless he wants to continue seeing her, i think its a "wrap" on her as well :p .

Duleesh- congrats, on your new bold look and jammin' avie- woo woo

Jane, I think Hayden is quite a comical guy in "Life as a House"- I was laughing throughout the whole thing- except for the sad bits- and he was acting the fool opposite the comedic genius of Kevin Kline who was in a rare more straight man role which says alot about his skill and confidence and Kevin's confidence in letting Hayden get that role...
he was so belligerent in a mouthy way- he reminds in some aspects in his comedic approach of a young Michael Rappaport. Michael was the boxer in 'Mighty Aphrodite" a Woody Allen flick. anyway, think maybe you aren't a fan of Hayds is all ;)
I also think he can play drama and romance and anger better than most glib middle of the road young actors so of course he will always be sought out for those meaty roles B)

I can'r remember who said they thought the pic of Araba in the boobtube made her think Haydenitis b/c of what's behind her- I think you meant the wall being the same as in the 'Decameron" set...that pic of Araba is with her then soccer bf and is, I believe at least a year old.

Also, imo, I don't mind seeing a pic of Araba every now and then- esp. if it proves a connection, says something new about her background or status, shows same jewelry or hair, etc. I quite like it  b/c then I don't have to seek it out otherwise and it does relate to Hayds currently.
I don't think anything re. her and Hayden should be censored b/c it is what is on people's minds as long as we are still focussing and posting about Hayden himself and giving lots of new piccies and such on him...woo wooo.
In the new blonde pic someone posted, which thank you for putting that up, I hadn't seen it and I like checking her out...she reminds me of a stand-in for Britney   like in Justin's 'Cry Me a River" vid- not as pretty or with star appeal but that same vague look...mamma mia :p

here are some newer things from dh.net-
these are behind the scenes hair tests- you can see the horrible Fabio ponytail that Hayden nixed:

You're welcome. it's my pleasure. :) I've been following Hayden's career for so many years now that I feel like a Hayden dictionary. I probably have read all his articles and interviews he has ever done. I am also a SW fan and have followed closely what's going on bduring the making of the prequel films too. there's some really good insiders on SW if you only know what sites to read. of course there are some bogus ones too that unfortunately some peopel think are the real deal.

Thanks for the pics Orchide. I love the one of Anakin looking at OBi. :)
me too! :woot:

so in your opinion, as a well-trained Haydenologist, and I know this topic is beat to the curb in alot of ways  , did Hayds and Nat have a thing in "AotC"? we need a definitive answer here :p

here are some quotes from Hayds- from dh.net-
enlightening (bolded) parts in respect to Araba perhaps as well-may explain why if he is just having fun, he won't overplay it...

" I was just waking up and my (roommmate) walked in and handed me the phone and it was agent and manager, and they were pretty excited, so I knew as soon as I got on the phone.
I walked outside just stunned and in disbelief. I called my mom first thing, and my roommate started blaring the Star Wars soundtrack in the background. I didn't want to tell her right off, but of course she heard the music and started flipping out".

"Actors are observers. They're trying to have an understanding of human sensibility. And how do you have that accurate observation if you regard yourself as someone of great importance? When you're the one constantly being observed, because they view you as a celebrity? It's all wrong.

"All my characters have characteristics I don't know anything about and that's the joy. Being able to justify their actions, and find sympathy in their wrongs, and understand their accomplishments. After Life as a House I took a while off and tried to remember who I was at the beginning of the film. You obsess, and it's exhausting to lose your sense of self."

"All I want is all what my mother wanted for me when she raised me - to be happy. For that, I don't need to be in a relationship. I don't need to have a certain level of respect. I just want to care very much about what I do and be kind to everyone in the process. It's important that I can feel that. That's happiness."

" I have two sisters and a mother, obviously, so I grew up with a household of girls. Maybe I have a greater respect for women because of it."

LOL. Personally I think they had something, and the reason I think that is mainly because somebody I deeply trust in the SW communities says they were together during the filming and she says her source is 100% waterproof.

However, how serious were their relationship? If they were together it sorta contradicts some other rumors about Hayden losing his virginity late, that he was a virgin throughout his teens (he was 19 when he filmed AOTC). So i don't know. Maybe they didn't go all the way, maybe they just fooled around for a few weeks. Not everybody jumps into bed first night.

Man, I feel stupid writing aboiut this topic.

well i can't say i know as much about hayden's work as i want to but from what i've seen and heard it seems like his repertoire is very drama focused. i'm definately a fan of his, let's say, physical work. :D i just don't have much to go on in terms of his movies because i haven't really seen much of his work. i want to see him in a comedy i guess is what i'm saying. :flower:

oh well, sorry i assumed you weren't a fan :flower:
yes, i think its safe to say, we are all fans of his 'physical' work :woot:
wheeeee :innocent:

ps- valkeeria, sorry i asked you a silly gushy question like that...my haydenitis must be flaring up
i like though how you on jjb always give sources and you are pretty factual so i knew if there was any truth to that, maybe you would have heard about it B)

I think he prefers drama. He has said he think it is easier to creep out people than to make them laugh.

he apparently is good at comedy though I think. Some useless trivia: When he auditioned for an acting class he did a comedic scene of a person who gets an orgasm as soon as somebody touched him. When he explained that in an interview he was quick to add though that it was just acting and afunny scene and that he didn't chose the scene because he was infatuated with sex. I thought it was funny that he felt he had to explain that. LOL

LOL. It's not a silly question. :D Like I said on JJB, insiders who were on the set either as extra or worked on the film said he and Nat were very affectionate. ^_^ And also, the person I trust is one of those sources.

However, since I don't know anybody who has been laying under Hayden's bed at night or peeped through his keyhole or window I don't know what's going on between his sheets at night. Unfortunately. :p
