well 9-12 year old girls don't really need to dress well anyway- they aren't fashionistas- they're still kids. let them enjoy bad taste a little longer.

Hilary Duff surprisingly has a big influenced on little girls. Last year, I went to her concert just for laughs and I was surprised to see how packed the concert stadium was. It was filled with little girls screaming "Hilary!" And how much they loved her and her music. She's also had a number one album and she has the name and "image" to sell a bunch of clothes for tweens. I'm not that shocked that they choosed her to make a brand out of...she's quite successful, but I don't she her sticking around in the biz much longer...
