Someone in the MKA topic said it was Prada & that it was seen all over fashion week. Im wondering if someone could post more pictures of people wearing it please.

i just bought one at herman brown..this superamazing vintage store near my flat.

it's neutral and not satin so it doesnt SCREAM (or so i hope). i also love the fact that i can wear it at winter or summer...or just about any day that my hair decides to be uncooperative. haha

thanks browneyes! definitely no tieing involved..i dont think id have the patience to go through all the trouble just to conceal my unruly hair. if i had the time then i'd rather shower and blow-dry my hair. haha.

You have inspired me to look for a vintage one similar. Im just wondering what to wear with it. Would it be more for dressy occasions or could you wear it more casual. What are you planning to wear with yours or does any one else have any ideas?

hey tiffany im so glad i inspired you...for once, i did something right in my life other than shopping.

about your question, i think the turban will work well with a fairly minimalist outfit or a full-on retro/vintage look..

I have one of the hairband esqe turbans .. not too disimular from the prada one from a vintage/indie/yound designer type store near were i live and because im having an other battle with my fringe .. to grow out or to keep .. so its an arquid length ... its a nice, easy and chic way to keep it out of my face... i should imagine come summer would be a god send to keep hair out of face etc.

Do you think places like H&M might make a look a like. I was thinking about making one but not sure if I want to go to all the trouble if I can just buy one. I love the knot on top & that its satin. Would love to have a couple of them black & a bright color.
