Turbans, in my opinion, aren't the best looking thing, especially when all your hair is hidden because not many people would look good bald anyway. Maybe a turban-ish hat that doesn't take up the entire head and off to the side a bit that exposes hair ...

^I'd say that the headband is still wearable. But I'll try to make one myself before buying an expensive one and not wearing it to worth it.

Im making the headband version. Ive had it all pinned & ready to sew & Im finally digging out my sewing machine this week to finish it. I plan on wearing it now into the fall. No one has caught on to it here so I dont think theyll know if its out of style lol. I dont really care either way... I still love it.

wear whatever you like! the idea of a beach turban sounds very good to me. how about a jewel tone terry turban with a shiny bikini?
i still work the turban (even though it might be totally over this season) cause i just love the look.

I don't think the turban headband is over at all because barely anyone wears it! I have a black satin one which I've worn maybe 3 or 4 times but I just love it.

Ebay , you might not be able to find the same colour or fabric as prada but at least the same style !
