Heather Bratton

I like those images last posted, her face really works well for photographs. Her editorials are good, but I cant say that I like her when she isnt made up/photographed.

I can not see the URL... but maybe its just the theme of the editorial?.. kinda like the Hollywood style issue of Vogue ITA where it wasn't really a tabloid.. but if you looked at the tearsheat by itself.. it may look like one.

She looks stunning there though.. thanks for posting!

omg these new pictures are wonderful! i like looking at her cause when i see her, i see that she's a human being and she's got her own style, personality and attitude which shows through. it wouldn't hurt, though, if she did a bit more in terms with connecting w/ the camera through her face and eyes. she's sort of like qurelle janson in that they both sort of sit back w/ blank expressions and attitutes;)

Here's the blurb from models.com

Heather Bratton: The Newest Top!

February 1st, 2006 by wayne

From the moment we saw her first Polaroids at the Supreme offices, MDC was convinced a new star had hit the scene. It was those haunting eyes and those cheekbones, the way they cut and jut and aligned to form planes and angles not seen since early 90’s Kate Moss. And though Heather booked nary a blue chip show in the S/S 06 NY show sweepstakes the 18 year old Orlando, Florida model easily made OTM’s Top Ten Newcomers list for that season. It took Milan to get it, with Heather being the only first season girl on the S/S 06 market to walk the Prada, Miu Miu, Gucci, Burberry and Jil Sander shows in Milan before heading to Paris for Chanel, Lanvin and Chloe.

Since then Heather shot three times consequitively for Italian Vogue w. Meisel and has been putting in studio time in three editorials for V Magazine with Terry Tsolis and Mario Sorrenti. Add Pop with Alistair McLean and British Vogue with Corrine Day and the soft-spoken American was heading into the Fall/Winter shows with maximum velocity. It is however, this February cover of Italian Vogue, beautifully timed to overlap into the NY, Milan and Paris shows, that will now sky-rocket Miss Bratton to a place of enviable visibility, the kind that will have clients clamouring.

In December of last year, when OTM caught up with Heather she divulged that the first thing she plans to buy with her first big check is a Dodge Charger, testifying that innocence still lives in America. And it was Heather who caught the irony that she was the girl “in high school that nobody wanted to talk to.” Well wait until they see this cover!

It's gorgeous^. She's going to be big this runway season.

Charlotte you beat me to the punch on that one. I've been a fan of Heather's since I first saw her pictures from the SS06 bookings on models.com. I think this girl is absolutely breathtaking, and this picture solidifies it. This girl is a star.

Here's to Heather's undoubted success at the FW06-07 runways ;)

She reminds me of a much, much, MUCH less attractive Freja Beha, and that's saying a lot considering that Freja isn't even a looker, technically speaking. (Don't kill me for saying this, 'cause I actually kinda like her (Freja's) look!)

Am I the only one who sees the resemblance?

I don't like the Vogue cover. Amazing cheekbones, but that's the only thing about it that's working for me. I prefer Heather w/o makeup. And while I like her fine, I just don't get the hype.

her and liya probaby have the most intense cheekbones, in the vogue italia pic she reminds me of natalie portman a bit (only a bit)!!!
