Heels for Men

Gosh I love the idea of men wearing heels.
Its not that we guys are exhibiting our feminine side but...
I don't know, I just love it! :)

Nice Speakers! (speaking as a former speaker designer builder...)
Thank you. It's a DIY-Kit: "Alcone Fourier". Straight frequency response, starting very low. Bass-reflex hole on the back side. Heavy so that you can lean yourself against them...
I still have to paint them.

My second post from last night got lost! Argh. Writing it again...

Thats what i'm talking about! That looks cool. Kind of Mod 70's vibe. It looks like the heels are an integral part of the outfit, and the look. It still looks masculine, and not fetishy or incongrus (sp?)

Thanks. I have to admit that I'm often pondering if some outfit is too "feminine" or not, not because I fear "feminitiy" but because I want to emphasise my body features favourably, and one of them is I'm a male. But I'm working on finding out what is just cultural conditioning and what is really determined by the male body.

Now it's time to wear my Alberto Fermani sandals again. I wear them with the skinny jeans seen in my stiletto picture and a v-neck T with 3/4 length sleeves.

^ After making some test photos I "cancelled" the last outfit. The block heel and wider sole don't go with very skinny long trousers. I would need some stiletto sandals or pumps to make this work...
So I would accept the proposal to try some Louboutin Pigalles, when someone pays them for me

But i like these sandals worn with breeches style trousers, found a photo when I was trying on... I hope some of the readers here don't get nightmares again

omg this is the weirdest thread ever!
dont know what to say...
ajott - are u really a man?
u look like a woman (bodywise, dont see the face)
???
i went over the thread real quick and maybe this has been adressed, but how do ppl respond to u guys in general?
and i am talking about the obvious women shoes, like stillettos and such and really high heels
because square chunky heels no more then 2 inches like cowboy boots are normal to me but if i saw a man dressed in pants and a dress shirt (loose clothes at that like ive seen in previous posts) i would really think it was a joke

^you haven't seen anything...

I do own two pairs of women's shoes along with the Dior Homme heels but they are chunky square heels and not very tall.
I would never wear open toe sandals or stilettos but if it tickles your pickle, then why not? I wouldn't laugh at someone or judge them, that would just be silly and immature.

yeah i guess i havent, that's why i was asking
i have never seen sucha thing and it must not be very common that is why i was wondering how ppl respond to men wearing heels

Well, in big cities you see EVERYTHING from time to time, and I mean EVERYTHING... Obviously a men wearing heels in Little Rock, Arkansas is going to attract more negative attention, than lets say Miami.

Yeah, I'm a man, with body and mind... It's just that I have a very thin build for a central european male, and still the body is a bit curvy. I think many men have more curvier body than the typical image implies, you just don't see it under the usual male clothing.

To be honest, the last outfit above I've worn only 2 times yet, you definitely get much attention, wanted and unwanted.. Most times I wear this with some harmless trainers. But still it get's noticed.
The other outfit with block heeled ankle boots is not very attention getting, often people don't seem to notice the shoes.

Ok, thanks. I should add that my size is 39,5-40 EU and I have very narrow feet, even many womens shoes are to wide for me! The only shoes that have a good fit are designer womens shoes made in italy... So fit won't be a problem I guess...

A super slim man, can wear Pigalles, Clichys, anything practically. A larger frame can do less, not because it looks feminine, because it's disproportionate. I like those Rick Owens boots and the Dior Homme boots.

Idea! I liked that look that happened a few pages back, modified. A super slim man with patent Pigalles, a pair of highwaisted short shorts, a white shortsleeve button down tucked into the shorts with a cigarette pack rolled into the sleeve...

I think some of these womens shoes shouldnt be worn period, for men or women, because they're ugly.

CLs are very very narrow... They should be perfect for you! My feet are so wide, I have so size up in louboutins.

I spent a couple months in Little Rock in the late 90s doing contract work, and again just last year.

In some areas outlying LR, I did get a few stares. But downtown, as in most cities like New Orleans, New York, Vegas, and LA, they just don't care. I think the worst comment I received while wearing my 3.5" Fitzwells was "Interesting shoes." (they couldn't see they were boots beneath my jeans.

The other two responses were, "Hey, I really like your shoes! Nice choice of style!" and she meant it, inviting me for cofee and a subsequent drink while we talked about other things. The last response was a smile and, "I think they're great!" and she kept walking.

Me, Skirt, Vintage purple 4" cone heels.

Ben...
