I don't like Heidi with her hair slicked back like that. She looks younger with her hair loose.

Heidi's outfit kind of work for her (I wouldn't wear it myself), though I believe she should have opted for other shoes since the dress has some loudly details and those printed shoes make it look too much and confusing.

It could have worked in an all black dress (with no details), but like that, it makes me doubt.
