I am about 190cm-191cm, I grew a couple of centimetres over the last two years. Thankfully I think I have stopped growing.

To put it in simple terms, when you're on Earth and the amount of gravity is higher, more pressure is put on your spine; in contrast, when you go to space, less pressure from gravity is applied and your spine essentially stretches out.

I'm 1.70, i like it, it's a good average, although I have to say that is a bit too tall for my heels and a bit too short for flats for my taste.

I stopped growing at 15, there is no way I will grow now, too old.
