Hermès Accessories

^ A thousand dollars or so.

I was at the Hermes in Chevy Chase today, oooh! Couldn't get the friggin enamel bracelet on the previous page past my knuckles, god, why must I be born male? Tried on some ready-to-wear, a reversible leather/canvas moto jacket, it was okay, kind of dull. Picked out a few more scarves from the F/W collection that I want to get, including the scarf used on the new Scarf Birkin (A Birkin with a scarf accent on the bottom half of the bag)...'

They had a collier de chien cuff!! One brown and one black croc w/ palladium, one black croc w/ gold. I actually didn't like it as much as I thought I would, I think it needs to be oversized to work on me. I still want the belt!!! *hopes*

hi folks, advice pretty please-- i've been lusting after the hermes leather cuff called jackpot in black-- it's a wide cuff with a silver closure. but i've been to the store on madison in ny like 4 times and they keep saying it'll come in later later later and try to sell me the orange/blue etc ones. and they don't order the little things. what should i do, i want it so bad!

What does it look like?

It's a cuff, the buckle, is the bucle two loops with a little peg in between the two little loops? It's hard to explain what I think the one you're talking about is, Chevy Chase Hermes has one then, in black.

how much would a bi-fold bearn wallet cost?
(in leathers like togo, clemence, epsom and goat)

my epsom blue jean bearn was 1475 i believe. it handles abuse well!

I think they concluded in the Hermes handbag thread that the vintageprincess site sells fakes?

I know this thread is mostly all about women's accessories, but does anyone know if men's 'H' belts still exist? And if they do, how's the pricing on them?

^ the men's belts will always exist- they start at about a couple hundred pounds going into thousands for a croc. One has to ring around to find the right combo and size. Pricy but instant fashion investment.

BTW- Does anyone know when Motsch stopped making hats for Hermes.

I found a black leather, cashmere lined bucket/crusher hat with a 'motsch pour hermes tag' - and am wondering how old it is.

ive always wanted the big H belt too, how much is croc around in USD? i want a hot pink croc with silver H.

what types of leather are used for the belt?
thanks!;)

Normal H belts (togo and box) are 350 EUR in France, whether the H is gold or palladium.

The Crocs are more than 1000, and -at least in my shop-, you have to make a special order, or to spend $$$ before and then they will check if the Paris Store can send it to them. Think 1.5 cm wide porosus belts (without any special buckle) are 1500 EUR.

Like $500. I wanted an H belt so badly, still do, but Im controlling myself, too label whory, but the colors are gorg. I saw a GORGEOUS blue jean belt at the Hermes in San Fran w/ black on the opposite side, god so versatile, only if it didn't have that pesky H.

hahah your funny Diorling

thanks belletrist and galiono

what i always hated about belts iare that when you wear them too much they make that gross bent thingie on the leather and then it looks old and worn, so i dont know if a croc one is worth it or not...

No no, not cheaper, 350 :p *C'mon, it's HERMES lol*

Diorling, I know what you mean, I hate labels and monograms, but it's so funny that Hermès, the so called discreet luxury brand, produces those big "in your face" belts. I love mines though, they're classy and elegant, and that's the only thing visibly branded that I wear.
If you like the leather, though, they have tons of buckles to match with those belts! perfored H, or animals charms. Everything being much more expensive, of course.

Mademoiselle, si je puis me permettre, avoid the croc belt, unless you have some billions inside your pillows. It's fragile. Beautiful though, but still fragile if you want to wear it with pants

The only buckles Ive seen are H's, like the perforated-H plaque buckle, the regular H a couple others... Id love a very discreet buckle, like a plaque but wrapped in matching leather, so it looks as if the belt is one solid band. I must admit, I really want one but I simply cannot allow myself to get one, Id have to get a palladium one anyway, because gold on me is way too guido. I have yet to see the buckle done in palladium, it's always gold, which I wouldn't be caught dead in.

Collier de Chien belt in black w/ palladium is perfection, I cant wait to get my paws on one...

there are several other discrete variations of the h buckle- i had the belt version of this bracelet: (hermes.com)

I like the one Travis posted better than the huge H. I'd love to have a collier de chien without the spikes but I don't think they produce that belt...it's going to look just like the kelly dog bracelet but longer...I wonder if they do custom order...I'd do it in ruthenium hardware with black box calf...or anthracite porous croc...

I've also wanted the Hermes bracelets... the one with the hook... I have no idea what it's called but I rarely see it at Hermes stores.

I've seen it a couple of times in Japan, but the color that I wanted (tan) wasn't on the Hermes online store or at the store so I didn't get it.

Darling, Hermès does everything you want. As long as you have money....
They have a special factory for special orders.
I remember something funny: an apple holder, in palladium and leather. For an apple's addict billionaire.
