Hermès F/W 10.11 : Constance Jablonski by Paolo Roversi

I think the overall campaign is decent, some shots are better than others. I think that Roversi is a very good photographer and as I said before, I think that Constance is a good model, but I don't think that either brought their A game. Even if you look at a picture with the guy climbing on the wall (which Constance isn't in), that picture was a good concept but the result is so-so - personally I think that more colorful ties could have been used (a styling issue) and IMO the guy should have been doing the full Spiderman, i.e., both feet on the wall.

Again it is not a bad campaign and of course the bar was set pretty high by last season's campaign. I am intrigued by the Sasha suggestion and think that she may have been able to bring the right level of wonder and quirkiness, but that does not mean that Constance was a horrible choice because Sasha is really the only one that I can think of who could have match the persona that Karlie created last season (although part of me thinks that Karlie probably could have made it work too). Also, some of Constance's pictures were quite good, so again this is by no means a bad casting choice or a bad campaign.

I only like the shot of Constance riding a horse.

I actually like the campaign, the Sasha P possibility might make it better, but we never really know about the result, think about what dior turned sasha into:ninja:

Innovative...creative...beautiful...whimsical...my favorite ads of the season. I love everything about this campaign.

i love the last one. simply cause it's something i love to do too. walking around those old fashioned flat roofs... there's a sense of freedom on there.
