Probably because it's summer & these are more of a covered-up, fall shoe

So far the Marc Jacobs are my favorite ... I've seen the blue/grey, solid camel, tan/brown/beige (attached), and browns/metallic ... anyone seen other colors? I'm hoping they'll be made in grey/black ...

I have seen them in purple/indigo in the Vogue US July issue.
Luckily I managed to find a scan from the magazine thread!
It is in the second picture bottom right...

I love them. I'm shopping for a pair right now... I adore the YSL pair, but I'm not that willing to pay a whole lot for a designer pair for fall. I dont think I will wear them for 3 years (my personal requirement for shoes over $400), for me it's maybe a 2 season shoe. but ahh how fabulously complete my outfits would look for those short few months.

ohh...love that fact that there are more choices this fall but HATE how they will eventually be mainstream..

and I still haven't found a pair!!! Didn't get the Chloe Silverado Stacked Heels or the Dries Van Noten running shoes this season. I bet some old lady grabbed them in a size 6 right before at the barney's sale...:'(

just saw some crazy lady trying to sell the Dries van Noten Sneaker lace-up heels from FALL/WINTER 07 for $900!!!

I am a millimeter away from e-mailing her and asking how she feels ripping people off so so much money.

(I also saw the CdG PLAY trio (plastic bag, perfume and tee) for $200us when it's actually $130 and the guy even noted that it is limited edition...such bull)

Those sjpes are heaven!!! But you're right, people shouldn't rip people off like that. The sad thing is, there WILL be some crazy rich chick whose willing to buy it from her.

I didn't really warm so much for jazz shoes but these , these I love. I love winter fashion , summer is always such as letdown. But winter , winter has gloves , scarves , coats , tights...socks...etc !
