How Much Sleep Do You Get?

I average a mere 6 (7 on a good night) hours, and I blame my restless mind. That, and I cannot seem to fall asleep for at least 1-2 hours after getting into bed. Sure, I'm tired (terribly so, to be honest) constantly, but what is there that I can do?
 
No where near enough at the moment! Exam and major project time = no zzz's for kirreway :( But usually during break and on weekends I get about 8-9 hours sleep. Theres definitely not enough hours in a day!
 
Sometimes i get too much sleep (like 12+ hours) and feel terrible when i wake up... I get headaches and feel extremely drowsy.
 
After about 4 days of 2 hours sleep per night........

I collapsed into bed yesterday and slept an astounding 18 hours
all the way through

working in a three shift work isn't really a good thing for ones sleeping rhytm.. the night shifts are the worst, i only get 7 hours of sleep and then i have to stay up the whole night.

no wonder i have black circles around my eyes

it's 4AM in the morning... on a school night :smile:

it definitely helped that I got 2 hour nap yesterday evening, though
 
~6 hrs. & it isn't enough.
i'm out like a light as soon as my head hits the pillow!
 
this week has been 6 but usually its 8-9 hours. I need a lot of sleep to be able to function... i think stress is not helping. Monday i only slept an hour cause i have a HUGE essay due Friday and I still have not had any information!
 
3-6 on weekdays
8-10 on weekends
i think by now i'm so used to it i function perfectly with little sleep... probably not a good thing
 
Unfortunately, about five hours of sleep per night (I start work at 5 am!) but then about once a week I'll take a 1-2 hour nap in the afternoon (I'm off at 2pm).
 
Ive always slept alot- i usually fall asleep about 8ish, and wake up at about 6ish. But lately i will wake up, wander around for about an hour, and then i am so tired i have to go back to bed and have a little nap...
 
slight insomnia as you can see..
cant fall asleep till 5-7am..go to class in morning.. nap till night time. wakeup and do hw.. and repeat!

i think its the cold weather! (highs of 55 degrees? thats a high?)
