How Much Sleep Do You Get?

I find it really difficult to fall asleep so I usually only get 4-5 hours a night :(
 
not enough.... i feel i have accumulated a lot of hours of not sleep.... need to catch up
 
7-8 is good for me but when I've been working extra hard or been away I sleep for 10 hours a night for a couple of days
 
I definitly don't sleep enough. I sleep around 7h a night and I need like.. 10 hours but I think sleeping is a waste of time.:lol:
 
I get an average of 8-9 hours, I could do with more though. I think that a few hours of GOOD sleep is more valuable that 10 hours of shallow or disturbed sleep.
 
8-9 hours is enough for me, sometimes less, but never more, I don't feel good when I sleep to long. But unfortunately I usually get no more than 7 hours (love stayin up late but hate waking up too late!:smile:).
 
usually 7-8, maybe 8 -9 hours on weekends. That's enough for me
 
8-9 hours and on weekends whenever i am tired :smile:, generally i get enough sleep.
 
4-6 hours on weekdays unless I have an exam in which case it's more like 0. On weekends I sleep anywhere from 6-12 hours depending on how my week was and what my plans are.

I have sleep problems so I take sleeping pills on weekends after a hard week at school or if I know I'm going out that night and need a good nights rest beforehand.
 
about 7 hours... I love staying up late and I hate getting up early but I have to for work...
 
About 8 hours, but for some reason I almost always wake up in the middle of the night:(. Luckily I fall back to sleep pretty quickly.
 
doesnt matter when i go to sleep.. always up at 6-630.
normally ill get my 7-8 hours. :smile:
much better than my old habits where i was lucky to get 1 hour a night.. im so much healthier and better off now. my skin, everything has improved.
 
4-5 hours everyday, sometimes less :ninja: my work leaves me incredibly sleepdeprived.
but whenever it's a weekend i try to make up for it. i can sleep for 12 hours straight :lol:
 
I love sleeping but I find it really hard to actually fall asleep. On weekdays I usually only get 3,5-6 hours.. On weekends I try to get between 8 and 10 hours per night.
